RULES

1

A team shall consist of two (2) quarterbacks, three (3) running backs, three (3) receivers, one (1) kicker, one (1) defense, and one (1) special team.

No team shall exceed a total salary of $475 for any week. The penalty for exceeding the salary cap shall be a loss of 50 points from that week's total.

Any player not listed on the roster pages will be available at a value of $30. There is no limit to the number of unlisted players that may be used in a single week.

Rosters shall be phoned, presented, e-mailed, or texted prior to kickoff of the first game of each schedule week.  Rosters are frozen until Thursday games are completed. Roster changes may be made between the end of the Thursday game(s) and the first game(s) on Saturday (if applicable). Rosters are then again frozen until the Saturday games are completed (if applicable). Roster changes can again be made until the first game(s) on Sunday for any players whose teams have not yet played. Once the first game(s) on Sunday have started, rosters are frozen and cannot be changed.

Any person not submitting a roster by the deadline will use his or her roster from the week before.

Prize money shall be awarded on a weekly basis. There will also be overall season awards for first, second, and third places. The size of these awards will be determined by the number of entries into the league. Please note that all funds not utilized in league operations will be disbursed.

In the event of a tie for a weekly prize, the team with the lower salary total shall be deemed the winner. Should this system not provide a winner, a coin flip will be used.

In the event of a tie for a season prize, the Payne system shall be used. One week will be chosen at random, and the team with the higher score in that week shall be the winner. Should there be a tie, the preceeding week's results will be used and so on until a winner is determined. Should this not resolve the tie, a coin flip will be used.

All decisions of the league commissioner are final.

Weekly scores are considered final and will not be changed after the first kickoff of the next week of games. KJH Bowl scores are considered final and will not be changed at 12:00pm (noon) CST on the day after the NFL game is played.

There will be playoffs that will coincide with the NFL playoffs and will culminate with KJH Bowl XXVIIII.
